ISLAMABAD – Adviser on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz has reaffirmed Pakistan’s strong commitment to work closely with the European Union in further strengthening partnership in order to realise the mutual goals.
Addressing a ceremony in Islamabad to celebrate the Europe Day, he said that Pakistan has strengthened its partnership with EU in pursuit of shared objectives of peace, security and development.
The adviser said that this partnership was an important pillar of Pakistan’s foreign policy and it covers the whole gamut of bilateral relations. He said that this partnership has grown from strength to strength over a period of time.
Sartaj stressed the need for joint efforts to address the challenges being faced by international community.
