ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Tuesday approved allotment of election symbols to the candidates contesting local government elections to the reserved seats in the Punjab province.
The commission complied with the law and directed the Returning Officers to allot party symbols to the candidates of these parties in accordance with the law. Meanwhile, the consultative meeting with political parties would be held at the ECP Secretariat on Wednesday.
