KARACHI: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Coordination Committee members called on Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and submitted a report about the reorganisation of the party from districts to provincial level along with recommendations for the new office-bearers.
The committee submitted details of the recommendations covering the opinion of general workers of each district following holding district-wise deliberations. Committee was tasked to propose three candidates for each provincial, divisional and district president, general secretary and information secretary to the chairman for final decisions.
Bilawal appreciated the hard-work and efforts of the party workers. He said that the organisations of the party will mobilize the workers and the people and prepare them for the 2018 general elections, which are going to be turning point in the country’s political history.
PPP ladies wing President MNA Faryal Talpur and Political Secretary to Chairman PPP Jameel Soomro also present on the occasion. The committee comprised of Chief Minister Syed Muard Ali Shah, Minister Food Nisar Khuhro, Advisor to Chief Minister for Information Maula Bux Chandio, MNA Nafeesa Shah and Rashid Rabbani.
